First: Entry and Usage Conditions

• The center is dedicated to children from a young age up to 9 years for boys and 14 years for girls.
• The area is strictly for women and children only; fathers or men are not allowed inside the center to ensure the privacy of all female visitors.
• An adult companion is required with:
  • Children under two years old.
  • Children with disabilities to ensure appropriate care.
  • Children whose behavior may affect the safety of others.
• Please remove accessories, jewelry, and decorative items that may pose a risk to the child's safety while playing.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the play area; please leave them in the designated area if available.
• Bringing juices, fruits, and pastries is allowed; please avoid bringing other food or drinks to maintain the center's cleanliness and the safety of the children.

Disclaimer

• Please keep the receipt and present it when needed, as it is the primary proof for the child's entry or pickup.
• The transaction cannot be canceled or refunded 10 minutes after the receipt is issued.
• Care for the child's hygiene is provided when necessary, ensuring their safety and the cleanliness of the center.
• Please disclose any allergens or health notes concerning the child before entry.
• The guardian is responsible for the child's personal belongings, including jewelry, devices, and personal toys.
• Please do not leave shopping bags or personal belongings inside the center, as the center takes no responsibility for their loss or damage.
• The center is committed to providing a safe environment for children and reserves the right to decline admitting any child whose behavior may pose a risk to their safety or the safety of others if the situation cannot be contained.
• By entering the center, the guardian is considered to have agreed to all instructions and policies governing the center's operations.
